The trails and edge habitat in and around North Fork Waterfowl Resting Area provide good viewing opportunities for a variety of migrating songbirds, particularly fall warblers. We will spend the morning searching for and learning about these warblers. We will also visit the bald eagle hacking tower, the original site of the eagle reintroduction program in Indiana in 1985-89. I will provide binoculars and refreshments as well as transportation from the east side of Bloomington. Come prepared for hiking. Tour limited to 5 people. (North Fork is located at the north end of Lake Monroe, several miles down McGowan Rd. from SR 46.)
